Diet Adhearence

I'm using the diet formula posted by Blown_SC, The Cutting Primer. I have been able to stick to the proper foods, but yesterday I went 11 hours without eating. So several of the meals were skiped.

I am tracking my diet adhearence on a daily basis, with 100% being total follow through, How would you count a day like yesterday were the right foods were eaten in the right proportions but not all of the meals were eaten?

A day where you missed meals. You could have doubled up on a couple of meals to get your daily quota.
