Which one would you drink on a daily basis for Caffeine purposes? I know that it's NOT good to drink those ED, but if someone didn't like tea, doesn't want drink coffee ED(due to the milk, dairy) and has no other options, which one?
I ask this for my baby girl that needs caffeine when she's tired, but I don't like her drinking Diet Coke ED, in that case I would rather have her drink Red Bull.
By no means does she need to diet(some have seen her pics)...But I don't want her to get into the Diet Coke kick again....I know some of you ladies or men on here could or would give some better suggestions for the energy that she needs through the day; AND NO SHE WILL NOT TAKE ANY CLEN OR ECA products either, I wouldn't let her
Anyway, I'd like to hear from Lifts on this.....And everyone else of course
