DIET HELP!

WHATS UP GUYS, I'VE BEEN DIETING FOR ABOUT 5 WEEKS NOW AND I'M ALREADY GETTING TIRED OF EVERYTHING, BEFORE I CRACK I WANTED TO SEE IF ANY ONE HAD ANY GOOD RECIPES.I NEED SOMETHING NEW FOR MY TATSE BUDS BUT MY MAIN CONCERN IS THE PROTEIN NOT CARBS.
MY DIET:
SALMON,TUNA,LEAN RED MEAT, TILAPIA, CHICKEN, FISH IN PACKETS.
BROWN RICE, SWEET POTATOE, MIXED VEGGIES, SALAD, OATMEAL.
NOW I'VE BEEN SEASONING ALL MY MEATS WITH "MS.DASH" EVERY FLAVOR WHICH GOT OLD QUICK AND I USE THIS BECAUSE IT HAS NO SODIUM.
I'M TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING GOOD.
PLEASE HELP THANXS
 
my favourite meal is,

250grams egg whites
2 packets of cream of wheat

pre heat a frying pan with no fat pam cooking spray. Mix the cream of wheat and the egg whites togther and poor into the pan. Cook til a light golden brown on one side then flip and do the same.
When finsihed top with a sprinkle of splenda and a little of the sugar free/ fat free caramel or vanilla sauce from Star Bucks.

You do mix the cream of wheat with water ( microwave) first before frying it with the eggwhites correct?

oh, ok..im gonna try it but without all the sweet shit .Im more of a salsa guy ( tostitos )

Im in the same boat as you. I only use Mrs. Dash as well and Im so sick of the shit, but dieting aint easy and usually if it tastes good, it shouldn't be in the plan.
 
tried it . didnt like it..back to the old eggwhites and cream of wheat ,separately..:D
 
If it tasteS too good youre not really dieting ..:D..i usually eat plain assed foods for maximum cuts... it's a mental thing for me :crazy:

Can you post up a few examples of how you are ppreparing your meals?
Like The Shocker, you've posted up a grocery list, it'll meka things easier to tweak if we know what you eating just now.
