Guys after my meet on April 1st it's time for me to get back in shape. I really won't have to worry about cardio as my job starting in May will have me walking around for 8hrs a day. I'm just curious as to what everybody's diets look like. Or any advice you can give me would be great. Right now bw is around 245 will prolly bump that up to 250 for my meet as bigger is better since i'm in a 259weight class. Anyway goal is to get down to 225 over the summer. Which I know is very doable. So any advice
on some food choices
