DIET / NO EXLODE

I'm new to the site so If these questions sound stupid that's the reason. I recently starting lifting and I'm trying to build some mass. I have been taking No-Explode and it seems to help. The directions say to take it on an empty stomach prior to workout and wait atleast 30-40 minutes afterwards before having a shake or protein bar. I have been reading other threads and researching diets and some users taking No-Explode have a shake/small meal before and after taking it. I work nights 6p-6a (4 nights on/3 nights off) and I usually get up at 2:30 and workout about 3:00 pm. I really don't want to take it in the mornings because it will keep me awake. If I continue to take it as is suggested I wouldn't be able to have my first meal until around 5:00 pm. Any thoughts or suggestions on this?...Also, would it be a good idea to stack some T Bomb 2 or test booster with this?....

Also, can someone give me some suggestions on my diet....I'm not asking for a particular diet plan but would like some thoughts about what should be my first and last meals of the day....Not sure if I should have a shake,protein bar or someting else before sleep....Thanks for any suggestions;;;

Tke the no-explode when you wake up and eat or have a protein shake right after your workout. Test booster is most likely a waste of money. Before bed eat a chicken breast or stake or omelet. Or else you can have a casein protein shake and some fish oil caps. It best not eat carbs before bed.
