Well, school has started yet again and I am needing to change my training and work schedule to fit. My class is tuesday and thursday from about 530 till 10 on tuesday and 530 till about 730 on thursday. I work from 9-5 MWF and 8-4 TTH. The schedule I thought out goes roughly as follows:
Monday - Work with last meal at work being about 4:00. Gym about 7. the gym is stupid busy after work or I'd go then. Here's one of my questions. I'm trying to cut a bit so I'm doing my cardio after training. Should I have a Casien shake with Dextrose and Malto after? Or I could just do cardio in the mornings and skip the cardio after training.
My tuesdays and thursdays are a bit different. I won't hit the gym so I plan on doing cardio (stairs with my vest) after class on an empty stomach. I will have a shake during my break in class around 7.
Wednesdays and fridays are pretty much the same as monday.
What are your thoughts on this matter? If you have any additions or subtractions from what I've listed here please offer up whatever you think would work best for me.
I'm keeping the diet pretty clean too. I'll go ahead and post up a summary or that as well to see what you all think of that as well.

7am 6egg whites 2 yolks
1/2 cup peppers

1pm Chicken breast, 1/2 cup almonds, 1 cup broccoli.
4pm. Chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli.
7pm train
8:30 PWO shake
Tuesday-thursday
6am wake and coffee
7am eggs and peppers
10am shake
1pm chicken and broccoli or green beens or asparagus.
4pm salmon and broc.
7ish shake
9-10 cardio
I know I may need to mix it up a bit with the diet. Which is not a problem. I'll be throwing a steak and yam in on friday or sat evening. I throw in some cinnamon and brown sugar on the yam and it kicks ass. I can actually use that as my cheat meal. When I get done eating, it feels like it was a cheat meal. Steak, yam and grilled veges is probably my favorite meal of all time. I love it with a beer but beer is def out for now.
So let me know what you all think. I'm really trying to get myself into a routine I can follow. My biggest problem is the meals during the day. I'm running around town all day so sometimes I have to hit up a microwave at a 7-11.
Thanks for your input.
