Do you do anything weird for training?

We all know that the old standby exercises work and work good. 5x5s heavy on the bench press will continue to build titties for another hundred thousand years. But do you have anything odd you do?

I have a favorite. I can explain it. Google Serrano presses :). They fuxkin work.
 
Smith machine behind the back wide upright row. Great for the rear upperbody train.

i googled it....i saw regular and overhead....interesting.........
 
I usually stick to the basics. I like Arnold presses. I'll have to give those ones a try though, looks like it would smoke your rear delts, and traps.

It hits the whole delt structure and traps in a way that they've never been hit. They grow!

Damn that sounds hard. That's another one that will hit muscles at angles they've never seen before. I bet that's a great growth booster after a long while of basic stuff.

I stand naked in the mirror and flex my glutes. Has nothing to do with training but I like to look at my butt.
 
A good portion of what I do is weird.

But by far, my favorite is training with a Bulgarian Bag.
I couldn't get my personal video to upload to YouTube, so here's an overview.
May not look like much, and that bag is only 37 pounds; but it will wreck you. One of the coolest things besides the workout itself is the sensation of your joints being lubricated and open. all of them.

sometimes I'll mix in a kettlebell circuit.
 
Hang cleans. I haven't seen anybody besides myself do them in a gym since high school. But then again squats have also been a rare sight.
