We were having a conversation after lifting the other night, one of the guys bought some new jeans from the Buckle (the ones with the cool pockets and holes that cost 180.00) and some Affliction shirts. How old is too old to wear that stuff? Or does it matter if you're all jacked up?
What is everybody's take on this one?

And affliction shirts have messed up sizing a xxl is like a medium in everything else

What's the phrase " don't be the creepy older guy trying to fit in with the young guys" dress your age a nice suit pulls just as much tail and respect. Don't be the straight bill hat wearing doucher

"Ah he wears and affliction shirt he must be an amazing fighter"

Dress your age. But that doesn't mean wear clothes from the 80s lol.

I think you should wear what ever feels good to you. You want buckle cloths, wear 'me.. There are no rules when it comes to fashion. It's personal preference. I'm 44 and look damn good in my affliction shirts and buckle jeans. And the young girls I call scoopy snacks love it too... Boo-yah!!!

I guess I'm too old to wear then since I have no idea what you are talking about.
In fact, at my age I'm thinking about starting to wear those pants with the elastic waists and the big white shirts with the pockets on the sides. But I'm probably too young for them since I don't know what they are called.
What shall I wear???

Dress how ever you want. If you want to look like a child, you can do that. If you want to look like a middle age guy, you can do that. If you want to look like an old fuddie duddie, you can do that.

I like to mix it up with whatever is fairly snug fitting with a nice pair of cowboy boots (flip flops in the summer). I work out 6 days a week and like to show it off. I don't give a shit if the woman is 20 or 60, I want her to check me out.

So the answers to my question are just as mixed as they were at the gym. I suppose, just like everything else, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Dude that was nice of you to say, but you know I spend most of time dressed? I have three pairs of worn out, paint spilled, holes in the crioch canvas/cotton pants. They are unique and comfortable. Might be hiking pants kind of things. three different colors. And gym shirts, preferable the ones that have no cotton and short sleeve. I seldom shave but usually shower. At work I wear jeans when most everyone else wears dress trousers. When they wear nice long sleeve dress shirts I throw on a Nike golf shirt. That's how I do it.

But yes that was nice of you to say. I may stop starting ghey and STD threads about you now :)

own a ton of Harley shirts, and just pain tees . a couple dress (button down) shirts and some 15.00 jeans .. but I make it all look good...LOL
the only thing I really spend any money on is my boots.. cowboy boots and my Carolina work boots

I'm in my 50's and don't feel the need to impress anyone anymore.. hose days are long gone for me

I wear worn out blue jeans the $19.00 ones from Farm and Fleat and plain white Tee shirts ,Hanes tagless only ...and when it gets cold out I just add a sweatshirt or Flannel.

Yep! Shirts from Long Beach Cali to Key West FL. Mostly black, some brown.
My favorite boots are my ostrich skin. They are so comfortable.

When I'm not at work I usually wear GAP jeans, a hoodie or t-shirt and sneakers or running shoes.
I'm a t-shirt addict :p
