im just curious since we havent had a post in this forum in 13 days :p

nothing fancy people but give us a general overview of your training routine and goals you are trying to accomplish with it .

dont tell the newbies but you cant just stick a needle in your butt and make gains , you actually have to break a sweat and train :angel2:
 
My usual routine consists of more of a powerlifter routine as oppose to a BB'r one...

I like to do a 3-4 set routine on all muscle groups with a 10-8-6-4 count; around 70%-80% max weight....

I train like this;

legs
chest

off

shoulders
 
I'll do a 4 day split, 2 on, 1 off, 2 on 2 off. i need my weekends for the fuckin honey do list! I'll do chest.tris, legs, rest, back/bi's, shoulders. I tried chest and shoulders a few times and it does not work for me. when i get to shoulders i have nothing left. I'm also trying to hit the weights hard and fast keeping in mind not to over train. i still have the image of my bicep tendon ripping off the bone. also the lower back won't let me go so i'm limited somewhat. it's a bitch getting old!

well, looks something like this, but i will change it up depending on my mood also.....

for chest i do a very simple workout: 16 sets(not including warmups)flat, incline press and flys with declines every third chest day, all with a 15, 12, 10, 8 rep regimine....back consists of 16 sets also with the same rep regimine.... shoulders are pretty tricky.... i train all front first with 9 sets, rear with 9 sets, side with 6 sets and traps with 4 sets of dumbell shrugs consisting of 4 sets of 20-25 reps..... the lighter weight higher reps works much better than really heavy weight for my traps....my bi's and tri's consist of 12 sets of normally 12, 10, 8 rep regimine.... and my quads ive been trying a new setup to try and shock them into growth.... they just lag.... its weird they are growing good from front to back but not side to side... from side they look good, but from front they look a lot smaller... anyway ive been doing 10 sets of 10 for my squats, and 10 sets of 10 on my deads... thats it for legs... i need them to hate me....but my back really hates me after deads.... and calves i do 8 sets of 25 raises with my own body weight with 30 seconds of rest in between sets.... try it before you guys laugh.....

monday - chest /tri's/cardio -- must make sure i concentrate on my chest --its my weakest and shittiest looking bodypart --i fucking hate my chest -its very fatty - hoping it comes down some as i lose weight -

tuesday-- hams/quads/calves -- i do hams first

wednsday -- off -- that will change later this summer

thursday - shoulders/bis/abs/cardio

friday - back/traps/calves/cardio

saturday- abs/cardio

sunday - off -- this will change later this summer aswell --

i will be in the gym either training,doing cardio,tanning,etc 7 days aweek as i get closer to show time
 
I am trying to squeeze in a modified MM bench routine, basically I am in the gym 5 days a week right now. High volume is tough to adjust to.

1-Shoulders Traps Neck

2-Legs Hips Forearms and grip Abs

3-Chest Triceps Neck

4-Back Biceps Abs

5-Olympic lifts and hybrid o-lifts

have 2-3 days bjj and 2-3 days private bjj sessions

Wrestling and Judo on back burner for now.

I am starting GPP's soon

Do cardio X2 a week at high intensity. I try to keep my HR up as high as possible for aslong as possible.
