no not life threatening, I have an arthritic ac joint in my right shoulder which has caused some major changes as to how i can work out, it's hard to even pick up weights knowing i can't have any intensity in my workout cuz it just flares up. I'm only lifting one day a week, with cables. Benching hurts with 135. But surprisingly, I'm still in good shape, but nowhere near the size I used to have, so mentally i haven't been with it.
