I seen Yates in person at the USA in Vagas a few years ago. His weight was down to about 210, but the guy was extremely cut with exceptional retained muscle mass at that weight. I was quite impressed. He also gave me a box of 20 strawberry meal replacements.
His brand seemed very high quality to me.

Awesome videos. I'm gunna give that a shot actually. I've always been about basic exercises. Yates seems like a really cool guy.

Just got done doing the chest and biceps routine. Amazingly i can bench very heavy with declines and have no pain in my tendon. Had to skip inclines cuz as soon as i started i could feel tension on my tendon so i put the weight down, so after flyes i finished off with a burnout set of push-ups. But i'm so damn pumped i can bench, and bench heavy with declines. Thank you Dorian! My muscles are smoked from doing this. I usually do more than one work set for a body part but i must say this kicked the shit out of me. Short but very intense workout.
