I hate my job. I know, join the club.
Was reading the news at my computer.
This is my prep period.
I must share my room with two other teachers.
One is here, now, showing a movie about Nelson Mandela.
He let's me use my computer during this period.
How nice since it was my room first.
Anyway, one of these fuck-wads just threw a tootsie-pop stick at me.
It landed on my desk.
I picked it up and threw it at a kid just missing his head.
Maybe he didn't throw it but it came from his direction.
Is it me?
I know I have gotten an inordinate amount of stress in my life lately but my impulse is to thrash someone within an inch of his life.
Is this normal?
Am I stressed out?
I don't feel like it.

I am resilient, just like an oak, to the push of the wind, but lately have felt somewhat close to the point of inevitably snapping back.

There-in, the danger lies.
