hey guys so i was doing chest two days ago, and i felt this pain in my right shoulder (rotator cuff) area...anyway i was putting up 225 for my 6-8 reps and that shit really hurt...so today i had to go the gym, because if i dont i feel like a slob...and i did light weights for my back, some of the exercises i did feel minor ache in my shoulder...he is my question
as long as i decrease weight on any exercise that affects my shoulder will i be able to repair it while still lifting???? i WILL NOT stop going to the gym, and i CAN NOT stop lifting...i train with this dude he advised me not to go today and i wouldnt have it...
anyway one else had similiar injuries and tell me if i am just making it worse....
i would rather sacrifice a couple of weeks on upper body training then hurt myself and be out for a year....
