Fred, get as lean as u wanna be..once u get there , keep doing your cardio sessions and eating healthy for 6 out of 7 days then on day 7 ..eat whatever u want for as much as u want..you'll be fuller and ripped as fuck the day after your cheat day but i recommend u get down to 6 % bf or less..remember, like after contest days rebound, when we all look better after those first cheat meal post contest day?? plus this cheat will also keep your metabo active..but .

2. You have to get crazy shredded first before u atempt this all day cheat day.
you'll be in contest shape a and looking like a bodybuilder all year round plus it will keep you sane ,,it;s like having your cake and eating it too..
