Eating clean during Thanksgiving

I plan on eating dry turkey no dressing and my veggies such as corn and green beans. I figured this wouldnt be bad at all. Im not breaking my diet for anything. :)

I dont compete anymore but im going for the ripped look all the time now and honestly eating clean does not bother me at all. A cheat meal for me is a steak at the Outback. I started a bulk plan but that lasted for a week and I felt like crap so i went back to my old ways of eating.
 
I am eating like a pig on Thanksgiving, I am training earlier that morning and probaly gonna do an hour of cardio to prep my body for it..
 
Fred, get as lean as u wanna be..once u get there , keep doing your cardio sessions and eating healthy for 6 out of 7 days then on day 7 ..eat whatever u want for as much as u want..you'll be fuller and ripped as fuck the day after your cheat day but i recommend u get down to 6 % bf or less..remember, like after contest days rebound, when we all look better after those first cheat meal post contest day?? plus this cheat will also keep your metabo active..but .

1. you gotta keepoyour diet tight as hell for 6 days..( like contest prep0

2. You have to get crazy shredded first before u atempt this all day cheat day.

you'll be in contest shape a and looking like a bodybuilder all year round plus it will keep you sane ,,it;s like having your cake and eating it too..


p.s..get back on stage ,bro..do a natty show..you miss it , stage misses u too

I won't eat desserts but will kill everything else.

Fred I thought you decided to go for the powerlifting look?
 
sweet potatos are good to. i cut them up to look like french fries
