I have a medical exam coming up in a few hours. I had to prepare for this thing a few days in advance. Any supplements that I've been taking were discontinued for the past 2 days. This including whey protein as well.(I know lol) So more or less I've been eating like a "normal person". Let me tell you, one of the hardest things I've done as of late lol. I'm So used to eating 6 meals a day that 3 just don't cut it. You'll be surprised how hungry you get without all that protein throughout the day. Aside from that, I'm about half way through the "fast", which is required before the exam. Talk about killer!! I'm ready to eat normal again! My normal anyway :headbange

With the amount of protein we it ;a ton shows up in your piss.to much protien in your urine means you may have kidney problems. I don't want to send off any red flags

All I do is eat normal food haha I haven't taken a supp in 4months or so

hmm weird, I never eat different for any blood tests and my doctor has never mentioned anything being wrong? also why are you eating 3 meals per day? eating 6 meals a day helps with a lot of things, blood sugar levels being a major one. I see absolutely no reason to not eat 6 meals a day

Extra protein shows up in your urine, without a doubt. This is for an important job, I fallowed the directions as they were given to me. As a result, I had no problems with any of it (pending blood/EKG results). It was only for a few days...relax lol.

I see, who gave you these directions, just curious. So eating like this for a couple days will change your blood?

why do you gotta make things so complicated lol. perfect example, stout had a problem after he went to the doc. Doctor told him to stop working out for a week, and stop taking supps. Came back a week later and everything checked out normal. You have to remember G4E the majority of the population aren't into our life style. Our life style is not normal. To much protein in your urine is early signs of kidney problems. Believe me, I know. My mother has kidney problems and goes every year to get her urine checked out. IF to much protein shows up in her urine, that means her kidneys are getting worse and not functioning properly. So in efforts to avoid any complications on the urine test (not blood), I cut out the majority of protein I usually eat/drink and consumed like a normal person, hence the title of the topic lol.
