Quick question. There are many ways to go about a diet, I tend to like it really simple. So, is there any reason why I can't eat the same shit, day in, day out? For example:can I eat chicken, all fuckin day as my source of protein, and brown rice as my source of carbs? As long as I'm getting the right calories and macros, is there any reason why this shouldn't be acceptable?

It should be fine as long you as you take a good multi vitamin/mineral supplement. Also be sure to get enough fibre.

Generally, I think it's OK. I do like to mix up my protein sources throughout the day and I THINK that there's some benefit to doing this... a balanced variety of amino's. I generally eat the same meals everyday excpet for dinner. For me:

0515hrs Casein shake w/skim 1st thing in the morning
0600 Work out
0715 PWO whey & dextrose
0800-0830 6 egg whites and plain oatmeal about an hour after working out
1030 almonds
1200-1230 chicken w/leafy green salad (kidney beans, mixed veg olive oil & balsamic)
1500 4-6 hard boiled egg whites
1800-1900hrs flank steak, chicken, lean or fatty fish w/ another salad (same as lunch)
2100hrs 4 egg whites, green onions, crab meat and sometimes a little cheese
2230-2300 casein & p-butter shake in water

I'm pretty consistent with this plan and I also take a multi vitamin and about 6 fish oil caps throughout the day. I'm cutting right now so I'm pretty low on carbs, when bulking I'll have a sweet potato or brown rice with lunch and maybe dinner too

Ya dude thats fine....Im on a low carb diet now so all i eat all day is chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, eggs,& lentils but take a bunch of vitamins & fish oil....

Chicken has all the essential amino acids. Adding fish or krill oil is very good.

The protein I'll more than likely switch up, as chicken will get really annoying after a couple days. The carbs I plan to literally just choose one, and let it ride til I get tired of it. I'm looking to bulk, I just finished cutting down to 10%bf. I'll probably do oats in the am, then eat the same complex carbs the rest of the day. Like maybe start with a whole wheat multi grain bagel, add natural peanut butter to it, and run that til I hate it. Then switch to brown rice, etc. As long as most people agree it's ok. I'm new to doing a bulk that doesn't include pizza, chocolate, and ice cream lol

I just finished a 9 week CKD, and I have been taking a fiber supplement the whole time. I'll continue to do so as long as it's helping.

I tend to mix my diet up , What I mean is I do eat the same foods but mix them up here and there .
I eat chicken , turkey Chops , steak , tuna , tilapia ,venison. I dont see why you couldnt eat the same foods other than the simple fact of it getting bland and boreing after awhile .
My first cycle I ran I got it so dialed in to the "T" that for 12 weeks I ate the same foods for every meal everyday for 12 weeks and just kept increasing the amounts, after that cycle yielded 24lbs of clean gain , I couldnt even look at a chicken breast for awhile so since I been switching foods , one week its chicken , one week its turkey , etc etc but supper is always different every night .

i personally dont like the idea of it, not to mention you'd probly get sick of it after a week

I usually eat close to the same thing every day as well.....well, especially when cutting down at least.

London broil and brown rice... It's my staple for cutting and bulking. the only thing that changes really is the amounts eaten... however i do throw a little more junk meals in there to make it to my calorie levels... Due to GH and Tren with 12.5mcg of T3 it really doesn't matter I stay lean regardless of what i eat

The carbohydrates I strategy to basically just select one, and let it trip til I get sick and exhausted of it. I'm looking to volume, I just completed reducing down to 10%bf. I'll probably do oatmeal in the am, then eat the same complicated carbohydrates the relax of the day. Like maybe begin with a whole whole grain or grain multiple feed bagel, add organic peanut butter to it, and run that til I dislike it...........
