6 egg whites has 30g protein
6oz of chicken breast has 54.4g protein


after the 2nd month of eating either they will taste like nothing anyway

LOL so true... I came across these new spices made by a company called Penzeys... they really do make a world of a difference I highly recommend. The Grill & Broil Gift Crate is awesome for summer grilling.
 
nvm found my answer egg whites have a higher biological value. sadie if ur going by a large egg then the egg white only has 4 grams of protein.

going by egg beater egg white version because that is what the calc i have has and what i used to use... best i could do at that moment
 
ah my mistake

naw was my mistake i should have typed that lol im too damn lazy to seperate the eggs and i always get shells which makes the already revolting egg experience a million times worse.. easier to pour out my egg white egg beaters hehe

egg white was shown to be the best for building muscle in a couple studies and theres a table that shows which proteins sources are good for wut and so on and i think egg is the best in probably every category i cant really remember the table off by heart it was in 1 of my nutrition classes but if u want ill try to look it up for u
 
WHole egg has a BV of 100, chicken has a BV of 73 (source, Colgan Instutute)
Quality over quantity!
