Do I really need to get protein powder with digestive enzymes in it? Does it make a noticeable difference whatsoever?

no man, your body produces digestive enzymes. The supplement industry is always trying to come up with some BS to jack up the prices.

Remember when creatine was the hottest supplement out for a couples of years. And companies tried to make all these patented types like super micro creeatoje blah blah blah. Lol

will adding the enzymes help with gas or bloating from a lot of protein?

I drink NitroTech I'm a farting machine. I drink ON & much better. Shop around.

Btw, I don't know many big guys that don't be farting much simply from all the foods we eat haha. I mean if your goal is to be farting like a 12 y.o girl, I doubt you will get but so big. Just sayin'.

I do ON too with little problem. Sometimes I take bromelain and a mixed enzyme supplement when I am eating a lot. Seems to help some with digestion gas and bloating.

I don't add any, though I am more gassy since my gallbladder was removed.

I use TrueNutrition for my whey isolate (chocolate-coconut).

It's like the same thing as saying "hormone free" on your chicken
