Man it's like it's there way or nothing else. They try to say meat is so bad, but the reality is, man has been eating meat and vegetables, and grains, for thousands of years. They are so friggin blind it's ridiculous, and they don't see that they look unhealthy, or "skinny fat", and I'm toned, and built. It's like democrats and republicans. Almost like a cult following with this crap. And they make all these claims, to try to make you scared of meat, when the reality is the stuff they're quoting, isn't even a real study, and no actual proof to back it up. It's just because a vegan wrote it, they believe it. No age of the people, fitness level, hereditary predisposition, etc. It's like "don't eat meat it will kill you" Some people have legitimate reasons for not eating meat, but for the majority, there is no reason. They get all mad at you because you eat meat. How does what I do effect their life, or what concern is that to someone I don't even know? I thought it was just somebody's dietary choice, but I'd say it's more like the religion of veganism. Damn

In my last gym their was this older college prof. who was vegan he also had something wrong with him, always running to the doctor's because he felt like shit. I told to start eating right. He said it's real hard because him and his wife often go out to dinner with others and the only thing he can eat on the menus is deserts, wtf is wrong with some people?

Every Vegan I've ever known always complains about being sick a lot and low energy..lol I just laugh and say no fucking wonder... I wouldn't want to get up in the mornings and get dressed either if I had to eat salad all the time and no meat...

I know one that is about 80. He has been vegan forever. He does eat cheese and eggs and a few times a year he has meat. guy is healthy as a horse but he is smart about it. Not one of these zealot freaks. He is a special kind of freak. He also did hard labor all his life and still puts in a couple of shift a week at it. He was always very lean and always had a cheese sandwich in his pocket.

Cheese and eggs make a big difference.

Bill Pearl was a lacto-vegan. That might have been later in his career though after he had already built most of his base - not sure.

If man were meant to eat grains only, all our teeth would all look like molars. Flat for grinding.
They aren't. You also have sharp teeth for tearing. Hence eating meat.
