This is getting serious. I have been nodding behind the wheel a good bit, but lately I'm going out like a light.
A couple of days ago coming home from work, with a sheriff on my tail, I woke up driving on the side of the road. I was sure I would wt least get pulled over, but I guess the cop was busy with bigger matters.
I'm worried I'm going to hurt someone.
I try to eat about 40-60 grams of protein right around quitting time (per my schedule, about an hour before training) and I drink black coffee or sometimes a coke for the caffiene boost. But it just doesn't work.
Then I get home and instead of training I'm so fried all I can do is take a nap.
Obviusly I'm thinking it might be diet related.
I sleep OK at night, but get up several times tp pee. Also I snore very bad at this body weight. My dog won't even sleep with me. The wife makes it through the night sometimes, and sometimes not.
Any help will be appreciated.

buf do you think your tired from dropping the other compounds? i kow there not like test. but for me being natural im no where near as active as when im on test.. how about having carbs pre workout for the energy.. not exactly sugar id stick to solid food pre w/o. although the coffee should help i would imagine..

my problem is sleep apnia...I fall asleep easily during the day, cause at night, I dont..I fall asleep easy at the whell...dangerous

I keep a fist full of 5 hour energy shots in my truck and they work very well for me.

bro you got sleep apnea. i can say that with a 99% certainty. go get it checked. you can try taking modafinil in the mornings. but you need to start using cpap at night. you need a proper sleep study for treatment.

My thoughts were more along the timing of food intake.
It's strange though. If I'm very busy atwork all day I have plenty fo energy when I get home. But if I had down time duting the day, I'm worthless by 2pm.

But could def be apnea as bad as I snore.
