You get players from certrain positions. Each week you have to have a qb, couple RB's, couple WR's and a rlfex player which can be either a RB or a WR. Then you have a TE, a kicker and a Defense.

They collect points throught their stats. So a TD is like 6 points. A RB get's 10 yards and that is 1 point. Stuff like that.

how much is it to get in? ill play if its free, b/c i dont know really how those things work
 
Yes. It is free. Let me know what league you want to be in. The FOX league is more customized.
 
ill be in which ever one is easier for someone whos never done it before, its your call future
 
Fox is harder. The NFL site is basic with its free service. I like them but FOX does a better job.
 
aight, ill do the fox since you like it better...your free for help if i need it, right?
