fat and bloated

as of today, dropped down to 198lbs , been eating cleaner... nothing seriously strict, just trying to be a little more meticulous as to what i eat in the school cafeteria

Ask yourself every time tou make yor food choices in the cafeteria "is it worth it for me to eat this BS? The "taste" is only good for about 10 minutes yet it crushes my physique and all the hard work I put into it""

good stuff...I NEVER cheat when im dieting unless is planned or part of the program even if i get the cravings i ask myself similar questions...." wtf did i do all that cardio this past week to fuck it all up for a slice of pizza or cookie that will on;ly give me 10 minutes of satisfaction..fuck no it aint worth it.

losers and haters will try to break you down by talking shit since they cant accomplish jack and are full of excuses but if u hang in there you will love the results.
 
that's what really makes the difference..how consistent and discipline you are,not what youre on or stuff youre taking ..it does help but if u dont have the heart and willpower , youre fucked ..... I bet money that i can get leaner natty than many steroid users , not because of genetics because i can take pain and hold it longer...Just like anything in life u gotta sacrifice or you'll be a Ripppedfreak all your life..:D
