Fat Loss & Diary Products

Hello All!

Wondering what you guys think about having diary products in your diet while trying to lean out. There are a lot of different opions on it out there. Some well-known nutritionists say you should eliminate any milk, cottage cheese, regular cheese or even coffee creamers while trying to loose body fat. On the opposite, some fitness pros say that if in moderation, it is not harmful and some of them have them as a regular part of their diet.

So would it be safe to say that if I stay clean with my diet throughout the week eating all the regular stuff we all do - egg whites, oatmeal, chick, yams, veggies, fish, then having cottage/reg cheese and milk every other day once a day should not inhibit my result for fat loss?

Diary calcium is a proven fat facilator, it's helps you to lose bodyfat. However it maybe wise to reduce or eliminate diary the last weeks before a bodybuilding comp, because it seems that it smooths some competitors out.
 
Milk fats contains CLA, which can help to decrease body fat to a certian point.

There is one study in which two groups of overweight men both consumed the same number of calories. One group received whole dairy products as part of their daily caloric intake. That group lost more weight than the group not allowed to have dairy.
