I'm going to community college right now and they're asking me to play basketball. The reason I don't want to do it is because I want to run a cycle. But I'm not really happy with the amount of body fat I have. So what I'm trying to ask is would you guys bulk up first and then cut or cut first and then bulk?
 
If you're not happy with your bf % why would u want to run a cycle? I'd try to get lean on my own first ..as lean as i could then try to put on muscle mass naturally and the last thing i'd do is run a cycle..i youre fat running a cycle isnt gonna help you . It would be a waste of everything ,time ,money and health..but it's your choice..good luck anyways

Good advice...btw how old are you bro? Also playing BB should take some body fat off along with a clean diet.

I'm 22. Yea playing basketball really leans me out I'm just not sure if I want to put all that time in. Plus it's not like I'm fat it's just I'm not ripped...and I'd like to be.

At your age a good strict diet and perhaps a few supplements is all you should need.
