Oh, I know....I've been here for awhile
I just dislike anything that separates men from women....I'm not a big women libber or anything, but when it comes to stuff posted on a BB/powerlifting forum, I just don't think it needs to be separated. I hope I don't piss off too many by saying that
I'm sure lots of people like the idea, so it's all good!

Most of these boards are so male dominant & sometimes the male egos get in the way & that can discourage some women to join. You know how women can be, we tend to feel at home in our little groups sometimes.... example.. going to the bathroom together, going shopping...
I do think there is alot of great information in other forums though that won't be in the female forum. But then a woman's goal in some cases may be alot different than the men on this board.

I know exactly what you mean AI....I'm just not a "girlie girl" ...lol... I was always the tomboy type, wanting to hang out with the guys, etc

yep i was never a real big "female board" person.. but i do really like ALL female boards like Fitchics. where there are only a select number of males... but other than that board... female board never really work out..

Should be able to veiw it now. I agree with IG, we are all basically out to accomplish the same goal The forum was cut a little slim since not to much was going on in there, but I'm always up for suggestions on anything you'd all like to add to it.

Good points. Maybe as the more females are joining they can sort of let you know what they'd like? I know its probably seen as a bit of a haven where they can go since to some forums can be somewhat intimidating anyway.
