Lost 23 pounds since April and down to a 36" waist again,
wow, first time for that in 8 years.
Got a 52" chest, so definately
got the V-thing goin' again. Cool!
Feeling lean, looking full of steam.
hope more substance than a windstream.
Either way, I'm going to hit the ground running.
