I was doing well in November, but after getting stabbed in the forearm by a student at work (school) I needed a hiatus.
I tested the injury about 6 weeks ago, but was in severe pain, so, realizing I am no spring chicken, I did the smart thing and just gave it some time.
It still fatigue's me, but today I felt it was time to get back into it. I gained about 15 pounds since the beginning of December, but all my work to lose the weight from last March (45 Pounds) did no go in vane, as I am 235 now and still wear size 34 jeans. Looking good.
Went to the gym today and did chest and triceps. Wow, I got such an incredible pump I was amazed at the transformation. I cannot believe I am 50 years old. It just hasn't registered, but either way, looks as though the forearm is healed enough to start resistance therapy.
Not a moment too soon.
