Going to my first meet this Sunday. It is a raw push/pull meet in Illinois. Taking the rest of the week off till then. Should be fun :)
 
good luck my man. It will be a lot of fun I promise you. If I didn't have my own meet i'd gone to meet you b/c it's only like 80miles from my hometown

Ha me either! LOL. My buddy kinda dragged me to go to this and I have been too nice to say no so I said WTF if I am going with him I might as well compete, plus its a raw event so I won't get smoked as bad. LOL

if you ever get interested in competing in gear just let me know. I don't know jack about suits and what not, but I know how to bench in a tight shirt.

I am unsure in what I want to do next or where I want to go with training. I know for sure I am not quitting but with my size 210 @ 5'8" I can't find any clothes and I really don't want to get too much bigger. Maybe another 10lbs and leaner, but nothing more than that. Still debating if I want to go to a more PL orientated approach to what I do versus size that i have been after?????

I do know for a fact I love getting stronger more than getting bigger :)
 
hey stout. Just remember pause wait for press, then wait for the rack command. Also keep those lats super tight when benching it really helps with the explosion off the chest when benching raw
