Here are pictures of me after losing 20lbs since december.I am working on an upcoming show in May. This would be my first show ever. Any suggestions or feed back would be appreciated.

You look like you have nice solid biceps, and your back is symmetrically wider than your waist, very good! I think if you can maintain your muscle and shed a few more % of bodyfat you'll be absolutely fab!

Hey Guys....I have been out of the gym since Easter....Postponing the May show to a June 30th Michigan Show. Had a big bump in the road, the winters do a number on me!! But....I will say, I AM READY TO HIT IT AGAIN!!! Thanks for the support! I appreciate it! Anyone going to May 12 show in Middleton? See ya there...we have friends competing!
