Fish oil complex

Someone told me today after we had been talking about our health and I mentioned that my blood pressure pills cause me such great fatigue, she said her doctor told her to take the fish oil complex ? stuff sold at Costco they take 6 a day and there BP and cholesterol both have dropped to the point they no longer take BP meds or cholesterol pills, can this be true ?

I suppose it's possible, but it's not likely that the BP improvement can be entirely credited to the fish oil.
