www.FlawlessTraining.com is now open to the public. Its a great site with forums geared towards training and nutrition. There are also lots of sports forums and Games including fantasy sports so you can play vs your forum buddies.

Please check it out. Admin Ok'd this post. He might even be a FT emplyee here soon.

I didn't read the post in question but IMO DC training is not for the average PT client, lol not me either:)
 
LOL you missed Dante coming to my board and starting crap John. The point is DC training has limits, that new sicence has otherwise found a way around. And the testers on IBE are using a program designed to get around those limits. Check out their logs.

DC was a great training method. But its far from the best now.
