Guys, a few years ago I put tuna & cottage cheese into a blender, thinking I had just bought a food mixer. The result was 2 shakers worth of something worthy of Fear Factor. About half an hour ago, just back from the gym, I fancied making some oats & eggs. Instead of cooking the eggs first then adding the oats, for some reason I started to make up the oats as I normally would for poridge (50g oats, 1/2 cup water) then I cracked 4 large eggs and threw them into the pan.
After about 10 minutes of stirring with a whisk and starting to smell burnt eggs, I thought 'Fuck it' and decided to eat them runny with a couple of slices of wholemeal bread.

With a consistency of sick and a taste of what I would imagine shit to be like, I strongly advise not to follow this method!
I am a good cook though!

LOL

they both would've been ok if you just went ahead and cooked them bro

that totally rocks!! I've done similar things, you know, with my infinite knowledge in the kitchen and all.

I cooked the eggs, they were mixed up too much with the water to set like normal scrambled eggs.

I ate most of them with sa few slices of wholemeal bread, had to use self hypnosis for that, chucked the rest out, my fiance held a rubbish bag for me to scoop it into and she was retching!

Ref the tuna incident, it took me half an our to get that one down, the second one was for my brother - he poured his down the shitter!

update on the eggwhite & oatmeal eating plan.......

Add req quantities of eggwhites & oatmeal into a mixing jug & whisk until frothy, fry slowly with some rice bran oil (1 teaspoon) like a regular omellette.

I add dolce rosso cherry tomatoes for flavour or mushrooms. Very nice!
