doing behind the neck chin ups, dips, bench DB's, clean and presses, squats and leg presses, alot of explosive movements. trying to shock the system. I only have 3 workouts a week. what do you think this will do. I am hoping it shocks my system into getting leaner by boosting my metabolism. I think full body workouts also keep my intensity very high because I am doing a circuit of going upper body, lower body, upper body etc etc. the first time I did this, I almost puked during crunches after going from clean n presses to squats
