Took this today, after supersets 71 ans 72, Day 67.
Sixty-seven days on this training kick and so far I have no complaints. Surprises, though, definately!
I was starting to think this was a sub-standard maintenance program (probably is), but then I started noticing muscles that weren''t there before, I mean, ever!
SO something in this mix is working.
Still weigh 228 with a 34 waist, but my chest, arms and quads are definitely bigger, I can feel it.
