gettin damn cold out..

in boston - 39 out last night , gym in AM for cardio (gyms 3rd floor has a fork lift up to a chicken wired off loading dock hahaha, right behind deadlift drop spot).

Honestly - I have been getting severely sick easily this year - back in school, germs there im sure. I always use purell , keep that shit everywhere cept gym where im all bout my chalk =D. Take 3 showers a day - STILL - getting sick every 2 weeks for at least 3-4 days.

Question - you guys getting sick easier this fall/winter ? Anything worth a look - airborne ? wtf is that stuff ?
Also I'll throw out I average 12-14 hours of sleep a week during bad phases of insomnia ( current ) - insomnia isn't rapid cycling like other shit , but it is 3 weeks never been less , or more honestly - I think my body is just getting wrecked by all the stress n throw in just ONE more thing... it gets me in trouble sooner or later.
 
To fight off colds 'n' flu, Manuka honey, one spoon in morning coffee, one in green tea with freshly squeezed lemon juice before bed.

For sleep deprivation, melatonin works wonders for me, 3mg 30 mins or so before bed.
 
Ever since I have been taking 3 to 7 grams of vit-C every day I have not gotten sick.
