Getting Ripped without getting Huge!

i wanna get ripped for my sport (skateboarding) and (surfing). I wanna get ripped not huge. si i can be able to ollie high or be flexible on my sport. Can u guys help me with my training and diet? I would really appreciate any help from you guys.

P.S i skate 2 to 3 hours every other day. and on my of days i do 3miles road biking. Haven't plan yet on my strength condition and diet. coz i eat anything whatever my mom cooks for meal.
 
BTW the picture in my avatar was like 2years ago when i was very active in bodybuilding...
 
How many cals are you eating atm? Post up your diet and we can chime in and give some tips.
Getting ripped is ALL about diet, so thats where we have to start bro :)

I read your post and thought maybe your account was hacked and someone else posting haha! :eek: I say that bcoz I remember you making some great progress & putting on alot more muscle. and like the boys said, ripped = diet. which is garbage btw. Everyone knows the ladies go crazy for big wide shoulders and a beer belly. And for that you need Jack Daniels and tater tots my friend. :D

Hello guys, yeah it alll went wrong, since body building needs a lot of dedication and hardwork. But as years go by of training it seems like im getting bored of doing strict diets and daily workout. For me iwas stress out. Skateboarding and surfing has already in me since i was a lil kid. Now that i am back to it, i am very happy and my stress is gone. Though i i wanna stay active and healthy as long as i live. But for sure when get pretty older like u guys here lol il prolly get bak to bodybuilding.


Anyways for my diet

Here how it goes

Meal 1
Coffee and banana

Lunch
1cup of white rice and meat like pork adobo or chicken bbq. Though i only eat the lean part. But i dont cary if it is fried, adobo or etc.

Dinner
Same as lunch

And then goodnight. Same shit different day on the next day lol

Dude not being mean but I eat more at breakfast than you eat all day!! You need to get on a GOOD diet and stick with it!
 
10,000 reps in 30 days (bodyweight only).......i know this from being locked in the hole for a month for saying i was gonna kick the medical chiefs ass on my release date while in the brig because they worked us all day and then set heat condition black flag when it came time to lift that evening.....

Bro its your diet. Your not getting in enough food to keep a thin,lean ripped look.

Somthing simple along these lines. Even if you think its to much food, its really not you wont get fat just train hard and eat correct. 5 to 6 meals will help speed up your body and will burn fat. But the protein and lifting right will help maintain muscle mass, you wont gain you will only loose fat. I noticed you said you do alot of skateboarding and bicycle so you should probley eat more then what im going to recomend.

Eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hrs i suggest 3hrs
Do not eat carbs after 6pm.

Oatmeal 1 cup for breakfast

5oz chicken with 1/2 cup brown rice. You can throw in Brocoli if you like

Lunch 5oz Chicken 1 cup brown rice.

Mid day 5oz Chicken 1/2 cup brown rice

Dinner Try to get this in before 6PM. 6 to 8oz haddock, with brocoli and sweet potato.

After 6 you can have another meal of haddock or chicken with vegetables. And then you can snack on all the pickels you want, there is nothing in them it will help you stick to the diet.

You can alter it. Depending on how many calories you need in a day to loose weight. But just making the few changes like no carbs after 6pm and eating lots or protein will help you acheive what you want.

Foods you can use
Canned Tuna
egg whites liquid or boiled.
chicken
haddock
brown rice
sweet potato
pickels
lettuce
I Cant Beleive it is not Butter spray. I use it a little on the chicken and brown rice for a little flavor if i get bored of it. Mix it all up in a bowl, it will make you happy lol.

All the muscle you built will shrink but the shape you made it into will stay.
