glutamine?

I got a kilo of it at the arnold, and I have never used it, what is the best way to use it?
 
Most take it after cardio, in PWO shake and before sleep. Works for some. To dam expensive though lol..
 
Around 10 grams per day. Depending how your stomach feels you can take more or less...
 
Take it in your PWO shake 10grams at a time.

If you want more I would take it at night. But in your PWO for sure.
 
is L form glutamine or glutamine peptides?
mix with poontang juice and drink pwo, works like a charm :)

Shit did you see what scivation gave him for winning the referal contest on my baord? Originally it was a bottle of nitrocharge and neurostim with a bag, then they found out he was going to the arnold and they hooked him up.
 
i would like to try some glutamine, but i dont know how good it would work, so i dont want to buy any....oh well, ill get some eventually...

i take glutamine post workout also. I never have gotten the shits from it.

i hear alot of controversial stuff about glutamine, so how has it been working for you?
 
I have been using it for two weeks now, not sure if it is doing anything or not, I got it free, so I am going to use it
 
i use about 15 g/day. before and after workout + in my midnight shake
 
Ive been taking it for about 1 year now and Im not quite sure if it does anything because i dont remember what it was like without it. Ill just continue using it just in case. I use 20g per day right now. In 5g servings. Morning, before and after working out and before bed. I still take 20g on non-training days also.

try glutamine peptides bro...a world of difference imo...
 
Peptides is a big difference, btween lifting and Martial arts if I can tell a big difference from when I am taking glutamine and when I am not.
 
Glutamine and glutamine peptides are useless to the weight training adult :)
