Since I had the oatmeal problem I have been listening carefully to everyone and made some successful changes. I reduced the oatmeal intake and increased water=Happier.
But another problem with my oatmeal and my rice was a bloat that was really frustrating. When you diet hard for a good while you want and deserve a flat stomach. So I suspected gluten problems. Went shopping and bought gluten free oats and rice and have used for a few days now. Much better...no problems. :rockband:

I will have to get my wife on this. She loves Trader Joes so can find about anything there. She has organic oatmeal but I don't think it is gluten free. What kind of rice is it? I like my organic long grain brown.

Treader Joes has their own brand of gluten free oatmeal. I have been aeating it for about a year now and it is very good!!!

When I'm in NYC I buy everything at Trader Joe's.

I just bought gluten free bread here, the taste is a bit weird. I'm gonna look for other gluten free products when I go grocery shopping.

That's gonna be good decision if you stick to it but the thing is you can not really take that light if you really want to achieve your goal you need to be sincere with that i mean the way you have noticed others getting benefits you have to put your effort.
