A rack chin is a chin up done in a 4mith machine. You put your feet on a bench and do chins and you put plates on your lap. If I wasn't on my Blackberry I would post a link

You can't do cardio and typing at the same time... it's dangerous... well i never did it before... maybe walking is okay.

you should see some of the looks I get when I bust out the air guitar while running :guitar:


don't care though, it makes the cardio almost fun:eviltongu
