Anyhow for the last few weeks I've been doing rack pulls for the first time in years. Dr's facia treatment fixed me good!

And today for the first time in 5 years, I did deadlifts.

Feels good man.

Soon I'll be up to 140 pounds and down to 40% BF
 
Amazing how fast the mass comes back once you can add back rack pulls, deads and squats.
 
Squeezing the fat tiitties of an over weight bartender doesn't qualify as rack pulls buddy... just sayin....

What I do as first exercise most of the time hitting it heavy then do crazy reps, low weights with the rest of 4-5 difference exercises. Doing me well...
