i was thinking about doing that i hate making cup after cup....my mom had a bulk food/spice/coffee store so i have hundreds of different loose teas....the one chinese black tea is $120 lb!!!!!!!!!!
 
love the stuff. Costco has the best Ive tried Kirkland En Matcha Blend Green Tea. 1
 
I have about 3 cups a day. Morning, before and after a workout or cardio.
 
I used to drink green tea and iced tea all the time, by the gallon everyday. I got a kidney stone and the doc told me in the hospital that one of the causes of them is teas, he didn't know exactly what mine was caused from until they send it out to be examined, but as he was telling me what causes them he mentioned teas being a contributing factor. I don't drink any teas anymore because Im not risking another kidney stone, those things hurt so bad, they are comparable to giving birth!!!

One of the worst pains I ever had. I was buckled over on my floor in the fetal position it hurt so bad, I had to be driven to the hospital and they kept me for 2 days until I passed it. It was the smallest little rock like thing I ever seen and I was in shock at how something so tiny could cause so much pain but I guess the tubes they have to come out of are even smaller which makes that tiny thing feel like it is a boulder!

we drink the fake shit...arizona zero green tea...a couple gallons a weeks my wife and and...it makes your poop mushy and not as easy to clean your asshole without using a whole roll each time...

I just buy the natural green tea bags and hang them in there
then i use a little lipton ice team mix to make it taste a little better
 
I have recently been diving into it with a dab of honey. De caffeinated green tea. My use of caffeine this year has sky rocketed with all my house shit and work. I'm on vacation now and going caffeine free for a few weeks- it's bad when two x large coffees don't do a thing

I wouldn't be f*ckin' with that stuff bro. Kpins are no joke. Almost burnt a guys house to the ground one night and didn't even know what I did. Also didn't wake up til 5pm!!! Literally no recollection of what I did. Took some serious convincing from my friends, as I thought they were playing a joke, but no joke.

Never touched it again. Shit is no joke. I could have killed somebody, and I would have no knowledge of it. Literally erases your memory, atleast for me.

Im looking to add something in that doesnt jeopardize body leanness

Also do you guys know of a bulk green tea that comes in a bag? shoving a bunch of tea bags in gallon water has becoming tedious
