About $180 every two weeks at Costco. Then other things such as Ezekiel bread, almond butter, protein shakes, waxy maize, mac. oil bring it up higher, as I have to go to other places for them.

No. Just groceries, however I forgot that I included stuff like toothpaste, soap, tissue, laundry detergent etc. So I if I deduct that I guess the $120 would be more like $110.

depends if i go can chkn or bag chicken about 90 cans will do me for the month @ about 2.08 a can and a big bag of rice around 350 a month all together when i add natty peanut butter and veggies and my protein powders and 300 eggs whewww....

Right around that about 130-140/wk .. i now shop at trader joes which makes it much cheaper... i get 96/4 lean ground beef for 3.99/lb, i typically eat 1lb of that a day alone
