i use both. I like the 93%+ lean stuff. It seems that beef is much better labeled for that. I've been amazed at how much fat i've drained off of ground turkey on a number of occasions.
^^^^ Do you add pork to your venison? How do you keep it together wth no fat for hamburgers? I got 55lbs of burger from my last deer
We do not add any pork or lard to our vension at all if we make hambugers we will add eggs and oatmeal to hold it together .
