Grounding sheets

I just recently heard about these grounding sheets, mats, pillow cases & was wondering if any of you guys have any experience with them. I’m very skeptical but I saw on another board guys were really hyping them up saying how much better their sleep quality was & how they just felt better.

You’re not alone. I don’t sleep worth a dam. Sometimes it’s so bad I just give up on even trying to get back to sleep. He’ll I was awake at 2 am this morning & just got pissed off & gave up on sleep.

So do you remember those copper balance bracelets? It's probably like that. You could just wrap your head in foil and stick a wire to it and plug it into the ground on the electrical outlet.

Lol I remember having one of those copper bracelets back in high school...those were a gimmick.

Yeah they were. I loved the advertising. Push a guy without it he stumbles. Push the same guy wearing it he's an oak. No trickery or anything. Just stupidity.
