Ok guys as most of you know our Dear Friend Bagua is going under the knife in a few days to have a (TKR) total knee replacement and it's some pretty serious shit,I've been there done that myself a couple times and it's not a calk walk.. So for those that do pray please pray all goes well for him and those who don't well get off your ass and start lol well least send our buddy some good vibes.. Did you think about trying Adequan prior to the operation. I know of a couple guys who fended off knee replacement with a simple injection of Adequan.

I been through the knee surgerys , Ugh , But on a positive note . My legs are stronger and better now than ever before ,,,,except on rainy cool cloudy days ...
I do not pray however , my thoughts are with you fello lifter and wish you a speedy and healthy recovery ..
