Some of you already know this, but since I'm new here...

I spend about 5 years all over Africa back in the late 80's/early 90's. I was based in Zimbabawe during this time and that country used to be named Rhodesia. I loved it there, beautiful, beautiful place.
I also had 2 rhodesian ridgebacks until about 2 years ago. had to put the older girl down, she was 14 and the BEST dog I'll ever have. Still have Maggie, the younger one.

So, based on my time in Rhodesia and that I had 2 rhodesian ridgebacks.... 2rhodesians

That's cool, I've always loved Big Dog's and bread and sold Rottweilers and one of my best friends owns a dog training company called Superior K9 and I would always go help him train um. And whenever I sold one of mine to the police dept they wanted thier's already trained. But what I'm getting at is this lady brought us two ridgebacks in to be trained for personal protection and property protection and they were hard headed dogs but were smart as hell!

One of my very best friends raises Rhodesian Ridgebacks. his top two dogs are among the finest in the country at shows. Last year him and his dog Mick were on the cover of Dog fancy magazine. They truly are extremely intelligent dogs.
