Got to respect that. He took it better than most.
 
I wouldn't say respect, he was simply hardcore and set in his beliefs. All the more reason he should not have been in power in the first place, the man who doesn't see his own faults.
 
he was pissed because he wanted to die by the gun instead of being hung. Dying in a firing squad is more honorable than being hung. Hanging is degrading and made to look villainous. IMHO he was a villian though and should have died like a rat. What happen to good ol Roman torture. Disembowling, burning at the cross, eaten by lions and stuff like that? He was scum and I think that even hanging was mild compared to how innocent people are still being killed over there.

True but was he anymore scum than those in power now? At least under saddam women, christians and jews were afforded protection under law.
Now it a capital offense punishable by death to become christian and women lost all rights.
While saddam was in power not a single act of terror was committed against an american by an iraqi. It was saudis that attacked on 9/11 wtf did we invade Iraq in the first fucking place is the millon dollar question...or I should say 3 billion dollar a week question. Our most dangerous threat in the middle east has always been Iran...who thanks to Bush is now holding the major power in Iraq as well.
