that door when your training--

when your mind and body are screaming please no more and you push it past its limit-- or are you content to look at it??

do you walk up to it and grab the knob-- are you just satisfied with that--turn your back on it and walk away-- or do you just up the fucking dose and figure that will get you past that door-- -- too much focus on the drugs-- the fucking desire to train --I MEAN FUCKING TRAIN-- should be there long before you push a pin into yourself

not everyone sees the door let alone touch it but

fear not and open it-- when you cant get that last rep but then take your sweatshirt stuff part of it in your mouth bite down and force 5 fucking more-- yes i know the pain is intense-- but you opened the fucking door-- when your doing squats you crumble and can no longer get up -the bar has to be hoisted off you-- yes i know the pain is intense-- but you opened the fucking door-- when your duct taping 5 lb plates to the 150 lb dumbells to up the fucking weight-- you opened that door

some have been where many will never go-- people stair at you when your laying on the floor gasping for breath or bent over the bucket pukeing.

they dont understand--they have never seen that door--why cause there alot of pain there--you need the desire to take yourself past it. you need to get away from being just content with what your doing

i have been thinking about this lately cause the lack of desire and the extreme focus on the drugs to get that desire amuse me

i see some guys doing doses that are so far up there its pitiful-- then to just come in the gym and train half fucking assed relying on the drugs to do all the work is again pitiful--

i love the gym-- it is my second home and a very large part of my life-- yes if you did not know me outside of the gym-- your impression of me would be-- what an asshole-- i am not nice when i am there-- i dont go there to talk on my cell phone-- i am not there to be nice--

I AM THERE TO PUSH MYSELF THROUGH THAT DOOR AS MANY TIMES AS I CAN--

WHAT ARE YOU THERE FOR???????

sincerely

I agree with you more than 100%!

That's why I like to call it "iron warfare".

I get that feeling when im doing heavy deads and squats. Everything just gets blocked out and i am 100% pure mental focus.

I also get like that in wrestling. But its more of a calm/aggresive focus. That doesn't really make sense, its hard to understand.

FUCK YEAH - that is fucking amazing - just reading it makes you just wanna go to the gym and RAGE!!!!
