This is actually from last summer when I was on vacation in cuba.

I sorta let myself go and gained a bit a weight but im planning to be leaner and more muscular this summer and hopefully il have some pics.

My waist has never been thst small. Even when I was skinny I've had a thick waist. Genetics I guess.

Yeh I have always been blessed with a tiny waist but it's also the first place I store fat and the last place it leaves from unless I'm already lean then it will melt away

Nice being out on the beach and you still don't look bad at all. Just a few weeks in the gym and a solid diet should get you put right again
