Hello all,

The forum looks great! Thank you Liftsiron for the invite. I mostly post at TID these days. I've been around bodybuilding and the forums for over a decade. Ugh, I'm getting old, lol.
I see a lot of familiar faces around, and that's great! I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone.
